A rental with 2640 Space includes the “Clark Room.” The Clark Room’s cathedral ceilings, stained glass windows, and dark-tinted wooden floors, stage and bar form a perfect canvas for you to create your dream event. Tables and chairs are included in your rental, but we invite you to rent uniform tables and chairs for your event. There is the option to add the “Sunday room” or full-kitchen to your rental for an additional fee. The Sunday room is another large space, which is actively used by St. John’s United Methodist congregation.
FOOD & Alcohol
We ask that you hire a bartender and/or catering company. We do not have a preferred list of caterers/bartenders, but feel free to ask our event coordinators for suggestions. Please note that space users are not allowed to sell alcohol at events. Your bartenders and caterers can have access to our full kitchen for an additional cost. If you are providing a DJ, they have the option to use our sound equipment for an added cost. We also have the ability for you to simply plug into an auxiliary cord and play music from your computer or phone! Due to our location in a residential neighborhood, we do not allow live bands at weddings and the event must end by 11:00pm.
